jj5 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jj5 platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all services available on jj5 including sports betting, casino games, live casino, fish games, and any promotional offers.

These Terms are a legally binding agreement. 3. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on jj5 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and approved mobile wallets.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit on the jj5 platform.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jj5 account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• jj5 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the deposit method must belong to the registered account holder.
• jj5 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• In the event of a failed deposit, the funds will be returned to your original payment source. Contact jj5 support if a deposit is not credited within 24 hours.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jj5 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours during standard operating periods, though JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are often credited significantly faster.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown on the withdrawal page within your jj5 account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed.
• jj5 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal above a certain threshold. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where account verification is incomplete or where there is an active investigation into account activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jj5 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets and cricket season specials. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific conditions:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used on jj5 for betting and gaming purposes.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on jj5, covering cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and all other covered sports:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. jj5 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or odds at any time.
• Once a bet is confirmed on jj5, it cannot be cancelled or changed by the player. Please review your selections and stake carefully before confirming.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled according to jj5's standard event cancellation policy — typically all outstanding single bets on that event are voided and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delays and may be suspended at any time. jj5 is not responsible for bets placed based on stale odds during technical delays.
• For PSL and T20 cricket markets, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applies where matches are affected by rain or other interruptions. Markets are settled based on the official result under DLS where applicable.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and are displayed on the bet slip. jj5 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on individual accounts at its discretion.
• Obvious errors in published odds — including prices that are clearly incorrect relative to the true market — may be voided by jj5 regardless of whether the bet was accepted.

7. Casino & Fish Games

The jj5 casino section includes slots, table games, and fish games provided by third-party game suppliers. The following conditions apply:

• All casino games on jj5 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Malfunction of any casino game voids all related pays and play for that round. jj5 is not liable for losses arising from game malfunctions or technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
• Fish games operate under their own game rules which are available within each title. Winnings from fish games are credited to your PKR balance immediately upon completion of each round.
• Game availability on jj5 may vary and titles can be added, modified or removed at any time subject to supplier agreements.
• Progressive jackpot games, where available, are governed by the specific rules of the jackpot network. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payout.

8. Live Casino

The jj5 live casino section offers real-time gameplay with live dealers via video stream. By using the live casino, you acknowledge:

• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant in play, as communicated by the dealer and displayed on screen.
• Decisions made by the dealer during a live game are final and binding, subject to the game rules.
• Connection interruptions during live casino play are your responsibility. jj5 will settle any incomplete live casino round based on the last confirmed game state.
• Chat features within the live casino are subject to jj5's conduct standards. Abusive or inappropriate language directed at dealers or other players will result in suspension of live casino access.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jj5 and may result in immediate account suspension, bet voiding and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using jj5 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack or interfere with the jj5 platform in any way.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

jj5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• Abusive behaviour directed at jj5 staff or other players.
• At the player's own request — accounts can be closed voluntarily by contacting jj5 support at any time.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jj5 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where closure is voluntary or due to no fault of the player, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard processing checks.

Players may also request a temporary self-exclusion or cooling-off period through the jj5 responsible gaming tools. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated early regardless of the player's request.

11. Responsible Gaming
